Excelent! Felicitări!
Impression about the travel agent (Florentina): am putut coopera bine si pentru achiziția vacantei dar și pentru rezolvarea situațiilor intampinate la hotel. ( administrația hotelului ne a oferit o zi in plus la cazare pentru ca spa ul nu a fost funcțional, doar ca au vrut sa o facă oficial, prin intermediul agentiei.
